THE ALPHA METHOD
Awareness is where everything starts and is the basis for behavior change. In this part of the course, we identify which parts of your current mindset are stopping you from losing weight and building the leaner, healthier, stronger and sexier you - and then we reprogram them.
We've based this foundational part of your transformation on the most powerful methods of mindset and behavior change that exist. It stems from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) but also draws heavily from the field of Psycho-cybernetics and it's model for re-engineering one's self-image.
We start our work here because we realize your mindset (psychology) is what makes or breaks your journey to building your ultimate body.
You cannot build a house on the foundation of sand. We help you create a bulletproof foundation that makes all the above layers possible, easier and most importantly - sustainable.
Humans are creatures of habit. Lean, healthy and strong entrepreneurs have good habits, and overweight ones have the opposite. Simply put: we first make our habits, then our habits make us.
In the second part of the course, we identify your environment, habits as well as mental and behavior patterns that are keeping you from losing weight. Then we help you build new ones which allow your transformation to build unstoppable momentum and take a life on its own.
Once your environment is set up for success and a few key habits become automatic - your job is done.
Indeed, most of our behavior happens on autopilot, below our level of conscious awareness. Thus, living in an environment that never tempts you and having good habits that happen automatically is THE way to get and KEEP your ultimate body without willpower, mental energy or self-discipline.

Aside from the fully customized diet, lifestyle and training plans, we also choose your stakes. These are the mental "restraints" that positively force you to do what you set out to do.
To cement your stickability and guarantee you follow through and execute, we put contingencies in place. These are backup plans for all the major potential obstacles/challenges that may occur along your journey.
The Flexibility part is based on the 4 major pillars of NLP and customized to fit you. So we set a custom diet (with a certain percentage of fats and carbs), and then test it out.
As you go along, we track how much weight you've lost and how you feel about it, and based on real-world results/data - we tweak as necessary.
